Instructions for tracking your package will be sent to your e-mail.
If your package is stuck at one place for more than 20 days, or if you have not received your package within 35 days (outside of Europe), contact support@crescentreve.com .
If you have enter an incorrect shipping or your information have changed regarding delivery, please notify us as soon as possible at support@crescentreve.com .
If the package is not delivered and is returned to the sender due to incorrect address, you will be in charge of the shipping cost again for resending you package.
Customs and Import Taxes or Duties
Orders within the European Union are not subject to any additional charges.
Countries outside of the European Union may have additional charges added by your local customs.
