Return Policy

We offer a refund on any items returned to us in perfect condition, unused, unwashed within 14 days after you’ve received your product.
Returns for sale items are not allowed.

The product can be returned if:

• In original state and undamaged
• Unwashed, unused or unworn
• Within 14 days been send to our return address after you’ve received your product

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is with us. Goods are returned to Crescent Rêve at your own expenses. Please note that sending a return is your responsibility until it reaches us, Therefore We strongly recommend that you send it insured and retain proof of postage.

If the above criteria are not met, we have the rights to reject your exchange.

We do not do exchanges

Damaged product received:
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your product otherwise, we are not able to help you anymore. Send us a mail and please attach a clear pictures of your faulty/damaged product. We will handle the rest with no further costs for you. Note that we will not refund the shipping.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
